Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Combat Coach ("the app", "the service"). By downloading, subscribing to, or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them, especially the health notice below.

Who can use Combat Coach

You must be at least 16 years old to use the app. Users aged 16 and 17 are subject to additional safety limits within the product. By using the service you confirm you meet the age requirement and are capable of safely undertaking physical exercise, or have professional clearance to do so.

What Combat Coach does

The app generates personalised strength and conditioning sessions based on the information you provide. Guidance is generated with the assistance of AI and informed by established training principles and clinical input, but it is general in nature and cannot account for everything about your individual health and circumstances. Use your judgement, and defer to a qualified professional who knows you.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information so the guidance is appropriate for you.
• Exercise within your abilities and stop if something hurts or feels unsafe.
• Seek professional advice for injuries, medical conditions, or before significant changes to your training or weight.
• Use the service lawfully and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

Subscriptions and payment

Combat Coach is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription, purchased through your Apple ID via the App Store. A free trial period may be offered to new subscribers.

• Free trial. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged the subscription price.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
• Price changes. We may change the subscription price. Where we do, existing subscribers will be treated in accordance with Apple's rules for subscription price changes, and you will be notified in advance where required.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are managed by Apple under their terms. We cannot process refunds directly. Requests should be made through Apple.
• Managing your subscription. Your subscription can be viewed, changed or cancelled in your Apple account settings.

What happens if your subscription ends

If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, you will no longer be able to generate new training sessions. Your existing training history, logged sets and progress data remain accessible to you, and the educational content in the app stays available. We do not delete your data because a subscription has ended.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Combat Coach genuinely useful, but we do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted availability, or that the service will be error-free. The service is provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Combat Coach and its operator are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its guidance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The Combat Coach name, brand, content, and software are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes and availability

Combat Coach is in active development. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features, and we may update these terms as the product evolves. We will update the date above when we do.
